Aviation Solutions Completes Successful Return to In-Person Learning

Cambridge, ON - Oct 8 2021

Last week Aviation Solutions successfully re-launched their in-person Flight Instructor Refresher Courses (FIRCs) after 18 months of virtual learning.  The course included most aspects of traditional in-person conferences with enhanced health and safety measures, including mandatory Covid-19 vaccination of all participants per Ontario Regulations.  Just as Aviation Solutions was the first course provider to offer virtual programs during the pandemic, they were the first to offer a return to in-person learning for those that prefer a traditional classroom environment.

The two-day conference included lectures, group activities, break-out sessions, and networking opportunities.  During the course, participants improved their knowledge and skill within the flight instruction specialty and as a result had their ratings renewed.

During the pandemic to-date, Aviation Solutions’ virtual program renewed over 300 flight instructor ratings through 14 courses.   Owing to that success, Aviation Solutions will continue to offer both in-person and virtual courses going forward.  “This will allow flight instructors to choose the course type that best fits their personal and professional situations” said Mike Schuster, Chief Instructor.

He continued “I would like to extend my congratulations to everyone in course sixty-three for renewing their ratings with us and thank them for their contributions toward a safe and successful return to in-person learning.  It was great to get to meet with such an outstanding group of professionals.”

Having graduated more participants than all other Canadian FIRC providers combined, Aviation Solutions will continue to offer a reliable selection of courses through the autumn and into 2022.  Current course dates, information, and registration are available on their website at aviationsolutions.net.
